Behind the decks
DJ Johnny Park is an Orlando-based DJ who plays breakbeat and tech house, and he can play nationwide. His journey began at 18 in Wisconsin's club scene, spinning new wave, funk and Top 40 while developing an instinct for moving a crowd. A career as a professional water skier brought him to Florida, but music kept calling.
He soon found his way into Orlando's nightlife, earning long-running club residencies and a reputation for infectious energy, seamless mixing, and sets that kept dance floors moving. After stepping away from nightlife to raise his son, Johnny returned with fresh inspiration and an even deeper connection to the music.
Today his sound moves through breakbeat, tech house, melodic house and trance, pairing the grooves that shaped him with the pulse of today's underground. Over the past year he has opened for The Crystal Method, DJ Icey, Krafty Kuts, Magic Mike, Dave London, Keith MacKenzie, KJ of K5, Huda Hudia, Eric Berretta, DJ Knightlife, Spacemen and Mark Sanchez, alongside a wealth of regional talent.
